PROFILE:
The
owners are Andrew and Vanna Hickson both of whom come from a Fairmont
Hotels background. Andrew has owned, operated and opened
restaurants as well as traveled down the Food and Beverage Management
route with hotels and resorts. Vanna has had restaurant opening
experience, is an accomplished baker and already famous for her
luxurious scones baked at Hope Bay.
