BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY:
It
was always intended that the restaurant would be set up with the intent
to sell. The first priority was to establish a loyal local clientele
from which an active referral service would be established to recommend
the restaurant to people visiting the Island. Having now accomplished
this goal the next step is to fine tune the internal procedures and to
increase check averages for both lunch and dinner while trimming up our
costs of operation.
This
is a wonderful opportunity especially for a chef and front end partner.
The popularity of the restaurant is now firmly established with the
locals and our holiday seasons are already very busy. In our business
its location, location, location and we have it. There is no other
location like this on Pender or for that matter the South Gulf Islands.
Andrew and Vanna will gladly guide any new owners thru a seamless
transition period as doing business on an Island does have its unique
quirks.
